PayCheck is powered by a team of payroll masters with deep industry knowledge and a genuine commitment to our clients since 1996. Our payroll professionals are CIPP‑qualified and hold additional certifications from The Payroll Centre, IAB Payroll, BTEC Level 4 & 5 in Payroll Management, and CPPD Level 3.
With over 450 years of combined payroll experience, our team stays at the forefront of payroll legislation and best practice, supported by ongoing training through The Payroll Centre’s ACT Payroll Platform. From our senior leadership to our dedicated payroll administrators, everyone at PayCheck works collaboratively to deliver accurate, compliant, and exceptional payroll services, while building meaningful client relationships along the way.

Director
Brian is currently the Managing Director of Pay Check, headquartered in London. He is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the business. Additionally, Brian is also a Director of the Briley Group, Pay Check’s holding company, where he is primarily responsible for the Briley Group’s global payroll and HR interests.
Prior to his role with Pay Check, Brian had a career as a solicitor in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, where he advised on corporate transactions. Brian holds an LLB in Law from King’s College London and is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.

Lee rejoined PayCheck in February 2024 and was subsequently promoted to Director of Managed Services, recognising his leadership, industry expertise, and significant contribution to the business. In his role, Lee is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and continued development of PayCheck's managed payroll services, ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, and team success.
With over 17 years of payroll industry experience, Lee is a highly accomplished professional known for his strategic leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams through periods of growth and change, managed complex payroll operations, and implemented process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Passionate about people, service excellence, and continuous improvement, Lee combines technical payroll knowledge with commercial insight and a customer-first approach. His leadership plays a key role in driving PayCheck's continued growth while ensuring clients receive the high standards of service and support they expect.

Stewart has worked for over 25 years in UK finance teams. The last 16 as a manager, working for companies that manufactured everything from military equipment to safety car seats. Additionally, he’s had the opportunity and pleasure of working with international group companies as part of his experience. His willingness to learn, adapt, and bring efficiencies to the business is evidenced by his dedication to the company and its goals.

Jason Emanuel is a senior sales leader and commercial director with over 25 years’ experience driving growth across technology, payroll, HR, SaaS and professional services organisations. He has led high‑performing sales teams, built go‑to‑market strategies and delivered multi‑million‑pound revenue growth for businesses ranging from UK SMEs to complex enterprise and public sector clients.
Known for his people‑first leadership style, Jason combines commercial rigour with a strong belief that sustainable success comes from investing in teams, relationships and long‑term value creation. He has held senior leadership roles including Head of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer and Fractional Sales Director, working closely with boards and C‑suite leaders on strategy, transformation and execution.
Alongside his commercial career, Jason is deeply committed to leadership development and wellbeing, supporting organisations to build stronger, more connected teams. He brings energy, integrity and a consultative approach to everything he does, helping clients and colleagues alike navigate growth with clarity and confidence.
Vigneswaran Rajagopal

Head of Marketing
Vignes, is the Head of Marketing at PayCheck, where he leads the company’s growth strategy across digital marketing, brand development, and customer acquisition. With over 20 years of experience, he specialises in building brand building strategy and scalable and predictable marketing functions that deliver measurable revenue growth.
He has a strong track record in driving growth through SEO/AIO, paid media, and content-led strategies, particularly within professional services, hospitality, e-commerce and SME-focused sectors. At PayCheck, his focus is on strengthening market presence, increasing qualified lead generation, and optimising the end-to-end customer journey.
He also brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience, having successfully launched and scaled his own restaurant and e-commerce food brand, serving thousands of customers across the UK before exiting the business. This commercial background gives him a practical, results-driven approach to marketing and growth.
In addition to his role, Vignes has extensive experience advising startups and growing businesses on marketing strategy, positioning, and performance optimisation.

Don has extensive experience in payroll operations, business transitions, leading complex change projects, and improving operational efficiencies. Don plays a key role in Pay Check's overall growth, investments, and commitment to our business, by implementing key strategies in day-to-day operational activities.
He has a distinguished history of developing strong teams within the organization. As a people’s person, he develops high performing teams within a successful workplace culture, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Feroza Fayyaz

Head of Payroll Services
Over her seven years at Pay Check, Feroza’s passion for payroll and strong technical and leadership skills saw her move swiftly up the ladder from Senior Payroll Administrator to Training Manager, to Team leader, before ultimately taking up her current mantle as Pay Check’s Operations Manager.
Feroza’s vast payroll knowledge and high-level leadership and problem-solving skills have equipped her with the tools required to ensure Pay Check continues to progress with an emphasis on process improvement and efficiency.
Tracy Anderson

Head of Implementations
Tracy joined Pay Check as the inaugural employee in 1997, having worked her way up from Office Junior to Payroll Manager in the firm of Chartered Accountants where she started her career. There is very little in the client payroll cycle that Tracy has not seen, with her keen eye for detail and years of experience leading her to focus on new client implementation and BACS.

Taking care of all of Pay Check’s IT needs, Phil joined us back in 2000 as a Payroll Administrator.
Starting as a Team Leader he progressed his career at Pay Check as a Systems Development Manager to his current role IT Project Manager.

With more than 15 years' experience in the payroll industry, Umang brings a wealth of payroll expertise to Pay Check. Starting as a Senior Payroll Administrator, he has worked his way to the position of Implementation Team Leader and is now our Head of Software Services. In this role, he offers clients bespoke solutions to meet their payroll needs to streamline their processes.

I have been working for 22 years in the payroll industry starting in payroll support and management from my early years then moving into business development and account management for the last 18 years. I have worked with 1000’s of companies ranging from 50 to 2500 employees both from a managed payroll and SAAS perspective.
I am very passionate about providing the best service to companies exploring outsourcing and enjoy consulting with clients and prospects to gain a thorough understanding of their current processes, future goals and requirements whilst offering any opportunities of improvement to provide the best end to end payroll solution to my clients.
